Terms & Conditions
1. All quotations provided by Press Logistics Group are valid for 30 days from the date of creation.
2. Payment in full is required before final reports and/or briefings will be delivered, or services are facilitated.
3. A deposit of 30% will be invoiced on project acceptance. Final payment in full is required before Reports, Recommendations and Explanation of Implementations are provided to the client.
4. Analysis and Recommendations remain property of Press Logistics Group until such time as all monies are received.
5. All quotes provided do not include travel or accommodation costs. At all times Press Logistics Group endeavours to book the most cost effective means of travel and accommodation in line with project scheduling. All meal allowance will be covered at the expense of Press Logistics Group.
6. Payment terms for invoices are strictly 14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
7. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days will (at Press Logistics Group’ discretion) attract a percentage based late payment fee (maximum of 4% per month), compounded and payable monthly, of the total outstanding balance.
8. In the event that payment is not received the client will be liable for all subsequent costs incurred in recovering the debt. This includes but is not limited to all legal and debt collection commissions and expenses.
9. Should this engagement be terminated at any stage, fees and disbursements are payable for work completed up to the date of the notice being issued to cease work. Press Logistics Group reserves the right to determine the amount of work completed and the appropriate due fees. Press Logistics Group reserves the right to cancel the contract in line with these terms with seven days written notice.
10. Quoted delivery dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances, delays in client availability, travel, security or excessive needs changes. At all times Press Logistics Group will maintain contact with the client to advise any changes in circumstances.
11. Changes to the agreed services to be provided after project acceptance will incur ‘variation fees’ at the standard Press Logistics Group hourly rate.
12. Press Logistics Group retains the right to use any client for self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
13. Press Logistics Group warrants that for a period of 6 months from the date of implementation, recommendations will operate in accordance to all the material terms of the project outline. All claims not made in writing within such period shall be deemed waived and required work will be offered at the Press Logistics Group hourly rate. When the warranty has expired any support or modifications will be (at Press Logistics Group’ discretion) subject to normal billable hours at Press Logistics Group’ standard hourly rate.
14. Press Logistics Group recommendations are given based on experience and current logistical trends and innovations. Press Logistics Group will not be responsible for any damage, loss or liability the client or any third party may suffer. This includes loss of revenue, profits or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Press Logistics Group and its employees or otherwise.
15. The Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Press Logistics Group harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Press Logistics Group, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the Customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
16. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Press Logistics Group against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Press Logistics Group; any material infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party or causing a copyright infringement and any defective products sold to customer from Press Logistics Group’ or its partners’ servers.
17. All quotations include the minimum total hours required for the project. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of quoting and may be subject to change if additional work is required.
18. The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold Press Logistics Group free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permission.
19. The purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions on receipt of payment.
20. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, contracts, understandings or agreements, unless specifically agreed otherwise by both Parties, in writing.
21. Press Logistics Group reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions at any time.
